Comparison

RevStrike vs Bland AI: infrastructure by the minute, or a lead-calling service with a guarantee

RevStrike vs Bland AI: a developer voice platform at $0.12 to $0.14 a minute versus a done-for-you AI agent that calls solar, pest and insurance leads within seconds and books them.

Summary. Bland is a voice AI platform for developers and regulated enterprises, priced from $0.14 a minute with a free developer tier and a Forward Deployed Engineer path for large accounts. Pick it if you have engineers and want full control. RevStrike is a done-for-you AI voice agent for solar, pest control and insurance teams, set up on one 45-minute call and guaranteed to book. Pick it if you want leads called within seconds, not a platform to build on.

When Bland is the better choice

  • You have developers and want to build a custom voice application on an API, with a free tier to start and no platform fee until you scale.
  • You need a stated SOC 2, HIPAA BAA, PCI DSS or FedRAMP posture, or you are a regulated enterprise that wants dedicated infrastructure.
  • You need SMS alongside voice, or you want concurrency and daily call volume far beyond what a 1,000-minute pilot covers.

When RevStrike is the better choice

  • You run a solar, pest control or insurance team and you want new leads called within seconds without anyone writing prompts or wiring up telephony.
  • You want live transfer with whisper and press-1, Google Calendar or Outlook booking, and DNC and calling windows handled for you, all configured on one call.
  • You want to pay for a result: the Pilot is guaranteed to produce at least one booked appointment in the first 30 days or you get a full refund (conditions apply). Bland bills for minutes used regardless of outcome.

What switching looks like

  1. Lead sources. Point your web form, ad feed or lead vendor at a RevStrike webhook, or connect your CRM through Zapier. New leads are called within seconds, inside calling hours.
  2. Calendar. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook. Qualified leads are booked to the rep's calendar, or live-transferred when a rep is free.
  3. CRM. Outcomes, recordings and transcripts write back through Zapier or a signed webhook. HubSpot, Salesforce and GoHighLevel are the common paths; PestPac, FieldRoutes, AgencyZoom and similar tools go the same way or by CSV.
  4. Onboarding. One 45-minute call covers the script, the qualifying questions, the disclosure setting and your consent posture. You leave the call live.

Prompts and pathways built on Bland do not import. Your script, your qualifying criteria and your lead sources are what carry over.

Questions, answered.

Is RevStrike cheaper than Bland per minute?

No. Bland's published rates are $0.12 to $0.14 a minute. RevStrike's Pilot is $497 for 1,000 minutes, and the Full Platform is $5,000 for 20,000 minutes (about $0.25 a minute). RevStrike's price includes the build, the onboarding, live transfer, calendar booking and compliance controls, and the Pilot carries a booking guarantee. Which is cheaper depends on how much of that you would otherwise build and run yourself.

Can I build my own agent on RevStrike?

No. There is no self-serve builder or public API for agent design. The agent is configured with you on a 45-minute call and you manage it from a dashboard.

Does RevStrike send SMS?

No. RevStrike makes phone calls only. Bland supports SMS.

Does RevStrike answer inbound calls?

No. It calls your inbound leads back within seconds and works your existing customer list, but it is not an inbound receptionist. Bland supports inbound.

Does RevStrike have SOC 2 or HIPAA?

No. RevStrike publishes its controls on its trust page (DNC, calling windows, recording, disclosure, carrier registration, tenant isolation, encryption in transit) but has no SOC 2 report and does not sign BAAs. If those are hard requirements, Bland states it has them.
