RevStrike has two kinds of connections, and this page keeps them separate on purpose. Native means we built and maintain the connection inside the product. Via Zapier or webhook means the tool connects through Zapier, a signed webhook, or a CSV file, and we do not pretend otherwise.
Two directions matter for every tool. In: the lead reaches the agent so it can call within seconds. Out: the call outcome, the summary and any booked meeting get back to the system your team lives in.
What does RevStrike connect to natively?
Google Calendar. Out: the agent checks availability and books the appointment on the calendar you choose during the call, so the slot is real and double-booking is blocked. In: nothing needs to flow in; connect the calendar once during onboarding.
Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendar. Out: same as Google. The agent books the site visit, the licensed-agent call or the callback window directly on the Outlook calendar.
Inbound webhook (lead intake). In: point your web form, landing page, ad platform or lead vendor at your RevStrike lead endpoint and the lead is created, deduplicated and dialed within seconds. This is the fastest path and the one we recommend for speed to lead. Fields are mapped automatically.
Outbound webhooks (events). Out: an HMAC-signed webhook fires for every key event: call completed, lead qualified, meeting booked. The payload carries the outcome, so any system that can receive a webhook can be kept current without Zapier in the middle.
CSV import and export. In: upload a list of leads or existing customers (for add-on and renewal campaigns). Out: export leads and call outcomes for your own reporting. Every list is deduplicated and checked against your do-not-call list before a single dial.
What connects via Zapier or webhook?
Everything below works today by one of three routes: a Zap that sends new leads to RevStrike and files outcomes back, a direct webhook in either direction, or a CSV export from the tool and import into RevStrike.
CRMs
HubSpot. In: a Zap on "new contact" or "form submission" sends the lead to RevStrike. Out: the call-completed webhook or a Zap writes the outcome, the call summary and the booked time to the contact and creates the meeting.
Salesforce. In: new Lead records sent by Zap or webhook. Out: outcome and call summary logged as an activity on the Lead; a booked meeting becomes an event.
GoHighLevel. In: new contact or form submission by Zap or webhook. Out: outcome and call summary back to the contact, pipeline stage updated, appointment created.
Jobber. In: new request or client by Zap. Out: outcome and call summary on the client, booked appointment visible to the office.
Solar
Enerflo, Sunbase, SolarNexus, Aurora. In: new leads by Zapier where the tool supports it, by webhook where it exposes one, or by CSV export. Out: qualification result (homeownership, bill, roof, credit range) in the call summary, plus the outcome and the booked site visit, written back by Zap or webhook. Google Calendar and Outlook are native for the booking itself.
Pest control
PestPac, FieldRoutes, ServiceTitan, Briostack, GorillaDesk. In: export the customer list for add-on and renewal campaigns (CSV), or send new web inquiries by Zap or webhook. Out: outcome, the add-on sold in the call summary, and the booked inspection or callback window, by Zap or webhook. Google Calendar and Outlook are native for booking.
Insurance
AgencyZoom, HawkSoft, EZLynx, Applied Epic, AMS360. In: new internet leads by Zap or webhook, or a CSV export of your book for renewal and cross-sell calls. Out: qualification (coverage type, currently insured, carrier, renewal date) in the call summary, plus the outcome and the booked call with a licensed agent, by Zap or webhook. The agent never quotes, rates or binds; the licensed agent does that in the AMS.
Lead sources
Web forms and landing pages. Direct webhook. Fastest.
Ad platforms and lead vendors. Webhook where the platform supports it, otherwise a Zap on the vendor's "new lead" trigger.
Insurance lead marketplaces (EverQuote, SmartFinancial, QuoteWizard, MediaAlpha). Vendor feed by webhook or Zap. Consent on the vendor's form must cover your agency and an AI or automated voice; see TCPA and AI calling.
What does not exist, stated plainly
- No native HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel or Jobber connector. They run through Zapier or webhooks, and that is how they will run until we build and publish otherwise.
- No native connector for any of the solar, pest control or insurance tools above. Same answer.
- No SMS and no email. RevStrike makes phone calls only.
- No "coming soon." If it is not on this page, we do not ship it.
