We use your information to provide, operate, and improve the RevStrike platform; process payments; send transactional emails such as verification codes and call notifications; and communicate product updates or support responses. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Call Recording and Transcription
RevStrike records and transcribes AI-generated outbound calls for the purpose of analysis, quality assurance, and post-call processing. By using the platform, you represent that you have obtained any legally required consent from call recipients in your jurisdiction.
Data Sharing
We share data with trusted service providers that help us operate the platform — including Twilio (voice infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Postmark (email), and Anthropic (AI processing). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and JWT-based authentication. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the platform. Continued use of RevStrike after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
