RevStrike AI, Inc. ("RevStrike," "we," "us," or "our") operates a SaaS platform for AI-powered business development representative (BDR) voice agents. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at app.revstrike.ai and related services.
The Service is for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Controller and Processor Roles
Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. We may also collect billing information processed through our payment provider, Stripe.
Lead Data: You may upload contact information (names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names, job titles) for outbound calling campaigns. This data is used solely to power your campaigns and is stored securely in your tenant-isolated account.
Call Data: Our platform records and transcribes calls made through the service. Call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries are retained for 60 days and are accessible only to your account. You are solely responsible for obtaining any consents and providing any notices required by applicable call-recording and wiretap laws before enabling call recording.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including page views, feature usage, and performance metrics to improve the service.

Data Processing Addendum. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governing our processing of personal data on your behalf as a business customer is available on request by emailing paul@revstrike.ai.
Calendar Integrations and Google User Data
You may optionally connect a Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook account so that meetings booked by your AI agents are created on your calendar. When you connect a calendar, we request only the permissions needed to (a) create and update calendar events on your behalf and (b) read your free/busy availability so your agent offers only open times. We do not read the contents of your existing events, your contacts, or your email.
Calendar access tokens are stored securely, are used solely to provide the meeting-booking feature, and are deleted when you disconnect the calendar from Settings. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account security settings.
RevStrike's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, where required for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law. Google user data is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

RevStrike does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We collect the categories of personal information described in "Information We Collect" above for the business purposes described in "How We Use Your Information."

In the event of a personal-data breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay consistent with applicable law and our Data Processing Addendum.
