Emma books a real Greenix customer

Group-rate pitch, a “not right now”, a few tangents, then booked for Tuesday afternoon.

Who is Greenix?

Greenix is a multi-state residential pest control company and RevStrike's first production customer. The pest control playbook on this site was built with them, and the recording below is the one we play for every prospect, because nothing we could write describes the product as well as five minutes of a real call.

What problem was Greenix solving?

Pest control has two phone problems, and they happen at the same time.

New inquiries go cold during the route. Techs are in the field and the office is on the phones, so a homeowner with ants in the kitchen fills out three forms and the first company to call wins the job.

Add-ons never get offered. Mosquito, termite inspections and rodent exclusion sit unsold because nobody has the hours to call the whole customer book, and the season (fall rodents, spring termite swarms, summer mosquitoes) turns in weeks.

Greenix's first use of RevStrike was the second problem: a group-rate rodent-prevention offer called out to current customers, with the area manager taking the yes.

How does the agent run the call?

The agent, Emma, calls an existing Greenix customer, introduces herself and the company, and makes one offer: neighbors in the area signed up for a specialty service, so a group-rate discount is available. She asks one qualifying question (is the customer dealing with rodents right now), handles the answer either way, and goes for the handoff. The mechanic is the same one on the live transfer page:

  • Transfer at the first buying signal. If the customer says yes, Emma bridges the call to Tyler, the area manager, with a whisper so Tyler hears who is on the line, and Tyler presses 1 to accept.
  • If the customer cannot talk, or nobody picks up, book instead. Emma finds a day and a window, confirms the number, and books the callback with the area manager.

The recording is the second path.

What happened on the call?

Cyndy is an existing Greenix customer. She is in the grocery store when Emma calls. She talks over Emma, wanders into her CDL, her roommate and a broken survey link, and declines the transfer. Emma does not push the transfer, does not lose the thread, and walks out with a Tuesday-afternoon callback booked with the area manager.

Six lines from the automatic, unedited transcript (the full transcript is under the player on the pest control page):

Emma: Hi this is Emma, with Greenix, your current pest control company. Is this Cyndy? Cyndy: Correct. Cyndy: Not while I'm in the grocery store. No. Emma: Tomorrow works. What time tomorrow? Emma: What's the best number to reach you at? Cyndy: No. I don't think so. So now I gotta think about mice coming into my house.

Three things worth noticing when you listen:

  1. Emma states who she is and who she is calling for in the first sentence. The customer knows it is Greenix before anything is pitched.
  2. The objection is handled by rescheduling, not by arguing. "Not while I'm in the grocery store" becomes "when's a better time," then tomorrow, then Tuesday afternoon, then the best number, then a confirmation.
  3. Every tangent gets a one-line acknowledgment and a return to the booking. The customer never feels cut off, and the call still ends in 5:49 with a time, a day and a number on the calendar.

Outcome, as logged: converted, callback booked with the area manager for Tuesday afternoon.

What does Greenix get after the call?

The recording, the transcript and the outcome are logged on the call record. The booked callback lands on the calendar, and the call-completed and meeting-booked webhooks fire so the result can be filed in the office's system through Zapier. See integrations.

Every number on a Greenix list is checked against the do-not-call list before dialing, calling windows follow the customer's local time, and the agent's AI-disclosure setting is Greenix's choice. Existing customers are not a free pass for AI-voice calls to mobile numbers, and that is covered before launch, not after. See the trust page and TCPA and AI calling.

Results

The recording is the result. Listen to it, then put your own number in and let the same agent call you.

Questions, answered.

Is this recording real?

Yes. It is an unedited call placed through RevStrike for Greenix on August 18, 2026, to an existing customer, published with her permission. The transcript on the pest control page is the automatic transcript from the call record, verbatim, including the places where she talks over Emma.

Did Emma transfer the call or book it?

Booked. Emma offered to connect the customer to Tyler, the area manager, right then. The customer was in the grocery store and declined, so Emma booked a Tuesday-afternoon callback with Tyler and confirmed the number. When a customer says yes, the same agent bridges the call live with a whisper and a press-1 accept.

What was Emma selling?

A group-rate rodent-prevention add-on offered to current Greenix customers. The agent runs the same play for mosquito, termite inspections, rodent exclusion and quarterly plan renewals; the offer and the script are the customer's.

Is calling existing customers with an AI voice compliant?

An established business relationship keeps a company clear of the national Do Not Call registry. It does not replace written consent for AI-voice marketing calls to cell phones. RevStrike enforces DNC and opt-outs on every list, follows local calling windows, can disclose it is an AI, records every call, and checks the consent posture before launch.

Can I hear it call me?

Yes. The demo uses the same voice. Put your number in and the agent calls you within seconds, pitches you your own product and offers to book time with the founder.

Hear it live

The demo is a phone call from the product.

Drop your website and number. The AI reads your site, calls you in about 10 seconds, pitches you your own product, handles your objections, and books a meeting with our team live on the call. Judge it the way your leads would.

  • One short call, no credit card, no pitch
  • It qualifies you like it would your leads
  • Real calendar booking, on the same call
