Comparison

RevStrike vs Hatch: multichannel lead messaging, or a phone-first AI agent for three verticals

RevStrike vs Hatch (now part of Yelp): a multichannel text, email and voice platform for home services versus a phone-only AI agent that calls solar, pest and insurance leads within seconds.

Summary. Hatch is an AI communications platform for home services and home improvement that answers calls, texts and emails with "AI CSRs", runs multichannel journeys, and books into ServiceTitan. Yelp acquired it in February 2026. Pick it if you want text and email automation with inbound answering. RevStrike is a phone-only, done-for-you AI agent for solar, pest control and insurance that calls leads within seconds and books or live-transfers. Pick it if the phone call is the job.

When Hatch is the better choice

  • You want one inbox for texts, emails and calls, with AI answering inbound and multichannel follow-up journeys, not just phone calls.
  • You run on ServiceTitan, LeadPerfection, improveit 360 or AccuLynx and want a native, two-way booking integration.
  • You get a large share of your leads from Yelp, Angi, Google LSA or Thumbtack and want them answered inside the platform that now owns Yelp's lead flow.

When RevStrike is the better choice

  • You sell solar, pest control or insurance, and your bottleneck is getting a human-quality phone call to the lead within seconds, evenings and weekends included.
  • You want a live transfer with whisper and press-1 the moment a lead qualifies, or a booking straight onto Google Calendar or Outlook, with no SMS consent to manage because there is no SMS.
  • You want month-to-month pricing published on the site and a Pilot guaranteed to produce at least one booked appointment in the first 30 days or a full refund (conditions apply). Hatch's pricing is quote-based on annual agreements.

What switching looks like

  1. Lead sources. Point your web form, ad feed or lead vendor at a RevStrike webhook, or connect your CRM through Zapier. Angi and Thumbtack leads arrive the same way. New leads are called within seconds, inside calling hours.
  2. Calendar. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook. Qualified leads are booked to the rep's calendar, or live-transferred when a rep is free.
  3. CRM. Outcomes, recordings and transcripts write back through Zapier or a signed webhook. ServiceTitan, PestPac, FieldRoutes and similar tools connect through Zapier or CSV, not natively.
  4. Onboarding. One 45-minute call covers the script, the qualifying questions, the disclosure setting and your consent posture. You leave the call live.

Text and email journeys do not carry over, because RevStrike does not send them. Your lead sources, your qualifying criteria and your calendar do.

Questions, answered.

Is RevStrike a replacement for Hatch?

Only for the phone part. Hatch covers texts, emails and inbound call answering in one workspace. RevStrike makes outbound phone calls to your own leads and customers. Teams that need both channels would run Hatch for messaging and RevStrike for calls, or choose based on which channel books their appointments.

Does RevStrike text or email leads?

No. RevStrike makes phone calls only and sends no SMS, so there is no separate texting consent to manage.

Does RevStrike integrate with ServiceTitan natively?

No. ServiceTitan and other field service tools connect through Zapier, a signed webhook or CSV. Hatch lists a native, real-time ServiceTitan booking integration.

What happened to Hatch?

Yelp announced the acquisition on January 22, 2026 and completed it on February 2, 2026, per Yelp's SEC filing. Hatch continues to serve service businesses whether or not they advertise on Yelp.

Is RevStrike's pricing published?

Yes. The Pilot is $497 a month for 1,000 minutes and the Full Platform is $5,000 a month for 20,000 minutes, both month to month, with $0.30 a minute past the included minutes. Hatch's pricing is by quote.
