When Sonant is the better choice
- Your agency's problem is inbound: missed calls, hold times, service calls that pull producers off quoting. Sonant is built to answer the phone; RevStrike does not.
- You want a native, certified integration with Applied Epic or another AMS that writes call details back in real time. RevStrike writes back through Zapier or a webhook.
- You need a stated SOC 2 Type II posture, or you want mid-call texting of quote links and payment links.
When RevStrike is the better choice
- Your problem is outbound: internet leads from EverQuote, SmartFinancial, QuoteWizard or MediaAlpha sit unworked, and the first agency to call writes the policy. RevStrike calls within seconds.
- You want the AI to qualify on coverage, carrier and renewal date, then live-transfer to a licensed agent with a whisper and press-1, and never quote or bind.
- You want published month-to-month pricing and a Pilot guaranteed to produce at least one booked appointment in the first 30 days or a full refund (conditions apply).
What switching looks like
For most agencies this is not a switch. Sonant answers the phone; RevStrike dials out. An agency could run both. If you are moving lead follow-up to RevStrike:
- Lead sources. Point your lead vendor feeds and web quote form at a RevStrike webhook, or connect your CRM through Zapier. New leads are called within seconds, inside calling hours. You keep the consent record.
- Calendar. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook. Qualified shoppers are live-transferred to a licensed agent, or booked onto the agent's calendar if nobody is free.
- AMS and CRM. Outcomes, recordings and transcripts write back through Zapier or a signed webhook to AgencyZoom, HawkSoft, EZLynx, Applied Epic, AMS360 or your CRM, or export by CSV.
- Onboarding. One 45-minute call covers the script, the qualifying questions, the disclosure setting and your consent posture, including which lines of business you run. Medicare Advantage and Part D are not supported.
