Comparison

RevStrike vs Synthflow: build it yourself, or have it built for you

RevStrike vs Synthflow, side by side: a no-code voice AI builder priced per minute versus a done-for-you AI agent that calls solar, pest and insurance leads within seconds.

Summary. Synthflow is a no-code voice AI platform with a visual flow builder, 200+ integrations and enterprise contracts from $30,000 a year. Pick it if you have someone to design, test and maintain agents across many use cases. RevStrike is a done-for-you AI voice agent for solar, pest control and insurance teams, set up on one 45-minute call, priced as a service with a booking guarantee. Pick it if you want your leads called within seconds without building anything.

When Synthflow is the better choice

  • You want to build and own many agents across departments, or you are an agency building for clients, and you have someone to maintain the flows.
  • You need SMS or chat alongside voice, or you need a contact-center integration such as Genesys, Cisco or Avaya.
  • You need SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS or EU hosting as a stated requirement.

When RevStrike is the better choice

  • You run a solar, pest control or insurance team, you win or lose on speed to lead, and nobody on staff wants to build or babysit a voice agent.
  • You want live transfer with a whisper and press-1, calendar booking on Google Calendar or Outlook, and DNC and calling windows handled for you, all working after one onboarding call.
  • You would rather pay for a result than for infrastructure: the Pilot is guaranteed to produce at least one booked appointment in the first 30 days or you get a full refund (conditions apply).

What switching looks like

  1. Lead sources. Point your web form, ad feed or lead vendor at a RevStrike webhook, or connect your CRM through Zapier. New leads are called within seconds, inside the homeowner's calling window.
  2. Calendar. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook. Qualified leads are booked straight onto the rep's calendar, or live-transferred when a rep is free.
  3. CRM. Outcomes, recordings and transcripts write back through Zapier or a signed webhook. HubSpot, Salesforce and GoHighLevel are the common paths; vertical tools go the same way or by CSV.
  4. Onboarding. One 45-minute call covers the script, the qualifying questions, the disclosure setting and your consent posture. You leave the call live.

Nothing from a Synthflow build carries over directly, because RevStrike does not run imported flows. What carries over is your script, your qualifying criteria and your lead sources.

Questions, answered.

Is RevStrike a no-code builder like Synthflow?

No. RevStrike has no self-serve agent builder. The agent is configured for you on a 45-minute onboarding call and you manage leads, campaigns and outcomes in a dashboard.

Which is cheaper?

It depends on volume and on what you count. Synthflow's enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year per its pricing page, and pay-as-you-go rates are described on its blog but not published on the pricing page as of October 2026. RevStrike's Pilot is $497 a month for 1,000 minutes, which is more per minute than most platform rates, and the Full Platform is $5,000 a month for 20,000 minutes, about $0.25 a minute with no platform fee.

Does RevStrike send texts or emails?

No. RevStrike makes phone calls only. If you need SMS follow-up, Synthflow supports it and RevStrike does not.

Can RevStrike answer my inbound phone line?

No. It calls your inbound leads back within seconds and works your existing customer list, but it is not a receptionist. Synthflow supports inbound answering.

Does RevStrike have SOC 2?

No. RevStrike publishes its compliance controls on its trust page (DNC, calling windows, recording, disclosure, carrier registration, tenant isolation, encryption in transit) but does not hold a SOC 2 report. If SOC 2 is a hard requirement, Synthflow states it has one.
